Position Description

As a Sales Associate, you will work to build and grow the business. This position will work directly with the CEO to identify opportunities within untapped industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing out new opportunities within new and existing industries as well making first contact with managers to CEOs.   

This position is solely commission based, with the opportunity for healthy bonuses. This position reports directly to the CEO. Working some weekends and/or evenings may be required. Please note, this position is demanding, thus commissions have been adjusted to suit.

  • Work with the CEO to identify clients which present opportunities for business.
  • Develop and propose approaches for new promotional methods
  • Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of the company and industry as a whole.

  • Experience in cold calling and sales is an asset
  • Confidence – you will be expected to converse with CEOs and managers

Education and Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing an asset
  • Online marketing or advertising industry knowledge an asset
