Technorati – A reputable blog directory, Technorati has listings of over a million blogs. Getting your blog listed on this site will contribute to your traffic success.
OnTopList – OnTopList is a free human-edited blog directory that allows you to categorize your site as a blog or website, and includes your feed submission.
Jayde – This site is a simple directory that does not require you to place a reciprocal link on your blog. Jayde is a B2B search engine that lets you submit your blog for free, but there are upgrades to allow submission to more directories.
Search Site. A web directory that is similar to Jayde. While it is free to submit your site, you can pay for a Premier listing. You will have to provide an email address, so be prepared for the upsells that will land in your inbox.
Blogged – Here you can search by category and easily list your blogs, including a description. In addition, a profile is created so you can connect with other bloggers.
Other directories you should submit your blog include Blogarama, BlogRankings, Globe of Blogs, and Blog Catalog. All of these are a simple submit and the approval process does not take long.
There are many more blog directories not listed here that you can submit your blog to. Sumbitting your blog to many sites it can be time consuming and tedious. However, once you are listed, your traffic and rankings should start to increase.
